the Gift Expo


Be part of Upstate New York's newest and most exciting wholesale gift show. The Upstate New York Gift Expo welcomes buyers from throughout New York and adjoining states. Attendees include buyers from gift shops, stationery stores, museum shops, jewelry stores, souvenir shops, resorts and bookstores.



BOOTH PACKAGE INFORMATION


Booths are 8’ x 10’ and include: 8’ high

backdrop draping, 8’ high side rail draping, 7” x 40” exhibitor ID sign, 1 eight foot table (topped & skirted), 2 chairs, 1 electrical outlet ($50.00 ea.), and 1 wastebasket. All payments are non-refundable.

Show Rates


Show Fee: $250

Booth Cost: $700/booth

Electric Outlet: $50 each



Deposits


Single Booth: $500 total deposit

Multiple Booths: $750 total deposit



LOAD-IN


Exhibitor load-in occurs the Monday before the show from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. The move-in will be through the two overhead doors that are located in a small loading zone parking lot on Whitesboro Street between the two main buildings of the Complex. After you unload you can pull across the street into the main parking lot. There will be two of our staff members available to help unload your materials and bring them to your booth. They work for tips only. Be generous! There are no extra carts available, so you either need to use our move-in help or bring your own cart.
